(Part-time 30 hours per week)
Provide support to Recruiting Consultant to ensure that company is provided with the resources to make effective decisions
Main Activities:
• Maintain confidential records and files
• Maintain records of decisions
• Arrange for payment of fees
• Research and assist with the preparation of information sessions, training sessions and meetings
• Review and edit reports, resumes and correspondences
• Prepare correspondence for Board members
• Prepare documents and reports on the computer
• Schedule meetings
• Prepare agendas for meeting
• Market and promote information and recruitment sessions
• Greet and assist meeting attendees
• Answer phones
• Direct calls and respond to inquiries
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
• knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures
• ability to maintain a high level of accuracy confidentiality concerning financial, and employee files

The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
• excellent interpersonal skills

• analytical and problem solving skills
• decision making skills
• effective verbal and listening communications skills
• attention to detail and high level of accuracy
