one half cup cous cous
one can gungu peas (rince and boil till really soft then cool)
one english cucumber (diced with the starfrit dicer)
one celery stick diced with the same starfrit thing
carrot diced and raw.
soh yessideh i made lamb taghini (lamb with the skin on yumm!!!)
i created this side dish to go with it. it was a delight. so, i'm sharing.
put hot water on the cous cous so it *cooks*
add in the ingredients to the couscous. it's really nice!
