Why purchase all those expensive, high priced, high street AHA creams when you can get wholesome benefits & nutrients at a fraction of the cost by using fresh yoghurt mixed with FRESH fruit and/or Honey? What's in it for you?
Yoghurt contains zinc, calcium, Vitamins B1, B2, B6 & B12, protein, yeast and AHA (alpha hydroxyacid). An example of an AHA is lactic acid/sodium lactate which some use to soften their lovely locs & tresses and smooth dry skin. AHAs are also a natural exfoliant, too. Lactic acid is found naturally in milk products & fruit. Adding a tablespoon of fresh citrus fruit to your yoghurt mixture will help to restore the normal pH balance of skin & hair.
Yoghurt is:
1. Effective at drawing out impurities.
2. A natural way to exfoliate & reduce the size of your pores.
3. Great at reviving dull looking skin - especially after a good night out on the tiles.
