Exfoliating

I must confess that I have not been exfoliating. So me go look fi one so me can get on track with this. I went to a chain drug store and was overwhelmed by the variety. I was basically looking for a weekly scrub. I have normal skin, use facial wash, eye cream, face cream, and night cream.

Any suggestions on a good weekly scrub? I don't see the need for a daily scrub.....unless I am missing something.
