UPDATE: OGNR has received reports that there is now more than 500 persons in shelters across St. Vincent, as Hurricane Tomas has left numerous houses destroyed with roofs being blown off. There are also unconfirmed reports of a mother and her two children trapped after rocks fell on a house they were in. If you are in the area post (avoid unnecessary risks)
