OGNR understands that Government Minister and Member of Parliament, Hon. James Robertson has given instructions to his Attorneys to obtain documents and records from the Nationwide News Network in relation to the Sworn statement made by Mr. Ian Johnson as well as for an interview done on the 15th of November 2010 on said station during the Programme "This Morning " which detailed serious allegations against the Minister. It has been confirmed that the private correspondence which was sent to the management of the Station was issued as a press release via the G2K yesterday. Nationwide indicated that they will not be commenting on the matter until they have covered all their bases, even though the document gave the Station 48 hours to produce all the information that the Attorneys requested. OGNR will continue to monitor this development.
