Reputed head of the Spanish Town based Klansman Gang, Tesha Miller, is back in custody. Mr. Miller was picked up on Friday night by investigators from the St. Catherine North Police Division.He is now under investigation for the theft of a motor car in the parish.One of his attorneys, Christopher Townsend, confirmed his arrest and said he will be questioned by the police this week.This is the second time this year that Mr. Miller has been placed in custody.On May 31, he surrendered to the police after the High Command placed him on a list of alleged dons who were being sought for questioning during the State of Emergency.He was later released.
