Investigators from the Bureau of Special Investigations (BSI) are probing another police shooting. The BSI is investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of 28-year-old Recon Newman, a labourer of Gallaway Road in Kingston 13.Mr. Newman was fatally shot by the police at Berwick Lane, Kingston 13 Thursday night. The police have not released the details of the shooting.However they are reporting that a .38 Smith and Wesson Revolver with five rounds were seized in the incident.
