The United Nations General Assembly will vote on Monday whether to continue including protection for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans-gender people in a resolution which condemns extra-judicial executions and other unlawful killings. Last month Jamaica voted with a number of countries at the UN to remove the reference to sexual orientation - in favour of discriminatory reasons on any basis.The Jamaica forum for lesbians, all sexuals and gays (JFlag) has criticised that vote.On Thursday Jflag delivered a letter to Prime Minister Bruce Golding urging the government to vote in favour of the term sexual orientation in the resolution.
