Cuban President Raul Castro has reshuffled his cabinet. Mr Castro has relieved a veteran of the Cuban revolution of his communications portfolio, and sacked another minister.Dismissed is Construction Minister Fidel Figueroa for what was described as "errors committed in his job".And Ramiro Valdes, a 78-year-old politburo veteran, was relieved of his post as minister of informatics and communications, but retained the rest of his portfolio.
