The National Works Agency (NWA) has temporarily closed a section of the Red Hills Road in St. Andrew to vehicular traffic. The roadway in the vicinity of Henkel Jamaica Limited, located between Cassadene Avenue and Westminster Road will remain closed until 6 p.m. on Sunday to facilitate emergency repairs to a damaged grating. The alternative route for motorists travelling from the direction of Half Way Tree along Red Hills Road towards Washington Boulevard is Westminster Road, Cassadene Avenue onto Red Hills Road. The reverse obtains for motorists travelling from the direction of Washington Boulevard along Red Hills Road towards Half Way Tree.
