Confirmed: The Caribbean is being represented by a five member youth delegation at the web 2.0 for agriculture and rural development exchange underway in Accra, Ghana. The participants excelled in an international essay contest last year that focused on agricultural issues in ACP countries. They Caribbean delegation is among nearly 30 young people representing 18 countries. Samantha-Kaye Christie, Tyrone Hall, and Nellie Nelle Menzies are from Jamaica; Marcus George is from Trinidad and Tobago and Jason Haynes is from St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
