The woman who delivered the three mysterious brown envelopes to attorneys at the Manatt Commission of Enquiry on Thursday has apologized to the attorneys, the Commissioners and Jamaica, for the resulting controversy and furore. News came on Thursday that senior police officers were investigating the delivery of three packages to K.D. Knight, Oliver Smith, and Hugh Small.The woman spoke to RJR News on Friday, in the presence of her lawyers.She says her motives were innocent. "I had no intention of scaring anybody, frightening anybody, causing any kind of consternation.
