So it will eventually sink in on BOTH sides of the political aisle that this is the gangs making their <span style="font-weight: bold">final statement of independence</span>.

Hopefully, this will lead to the PNP &amp; the JLP cooperating more in severing their ties to these groups and empower the police to fully do their job. Hopefully, this will force the citizens who depend on the patronage of these gang leaders to reconsider the shelter they afford to the criminals.

Then again, maybe not...
