*OGNR Exclusive Breaking News* OGNR has obtained a copy of the memo issued by the Ministry of Finance concerning government fixed term contract workers. This memo confirms earlier corroborated reports by OGNR that the government had decided not to automatically renew civil service contracts, but instead to instruct all Ministries, Agencies and government bodies to pay fixed term contract workers for all moneys owed and instruct them to remain home for at least 2 weeks pending rehiring.
