...last night I went to a pub.
Don't fall down dead wid shock. I am not a pub kinda girl but I had a craving for Shepherd's Pie and I remember the one time an acquaintance dragged me into a pub kicking and screaming, they had Shepherd's Pie. I picked it up a couple of times at a pub where I used to live. So last night in I went looking around to make sure no one saw me.
Anyway, while I was waiting for them to get my Shepherd's Pie ready for take-out, I notice a Black athlete kept coming on the screen. Apparently he is coming to play for a Toronto team. Don't have a clue who it is. So that I don't embarrass myself when my son comes, who is it? Apparently from the way he was on the TV every 2 seconds (sound was turned down), acquiring him was quite the coup.
Anyway as an aside. I had a conversation with a man while I was waiting and he was actually quite intelligent.
Not what I expected from people who frequent pubs.
