I guess we could see this coming. That Princeton offense he installed was more complicated that a snake rubix cube. It was just a matter of time. Did'nt he learn anything from the Heat last season. Simplify the offense and play to your strengths. That is what the Heat did to win (plus Lebron in the post). You have 2 of the best pick and roll " bigs" (Howard and Gasol) with one of the best guards (Nash) to run the play. In fact Gasol is a good passer so if the pick and roll play breaks down he will find the cutter or shooter on the wing. No worries about Kobe as he will score regardless of the offense. Just a dumb move to introduce a new offense....bring on Jerry Sloan although I think any of the Van Gundy's would do a good job.
