apart from News and sport... I suddenly realized that I dont watch any television programs when they are broadcast... and haven't for the last 5 years....
Has any one else noted this veiwing habit changes....
also I noted that i listen to a lot more radio plays.. This stems from my youth without a television...I introduced my she whom all men fear to the BBC agricultural based radio soap opera called the archers when we first met... now she is an avid listener..
this weekend I was listening to Evelyn Waugh book on the radio... on world war ii... I flicked over to hear a news program and my youngest six year old told me he was listening... and his brother piped up that he was listening too....it surprised me as the narrative seemed dated to me, and they are throroughly modern children of the video generation...
