British Airways flights to the Caribbean are likely to be among those affected by strike action the airline's employees intend taking over Christmas and New Year.

The Unite Union which represents the workers said on Monday that crew members plan to walk off the job on 22 December and strike for 12 days.
According to the union 92.5% of the workers who voted were in favour of the action.
