Its on BBC america, and if you have Time Warner then you can watch it on Demand.

The episode with the man dangling is the first episode, only one episode they have put on so far. The crazy girl killed her parents but he couldn't/can't prove it. The wife Zoe and him separated and she find another man but he is still madly in love with her.
