Video: Does Robin Thicke "Blurred Lines" sound like Marvin Gayes "Got to give it up"

There is a now lawsuits (story on Billboard.com) brewing between Robin Thicke and Marvin Gaye's family over the song "Blurred Lines" being very similar to "Got to give it up". When I first heard the song I thought it sounded like something I heard before. My wife also said it sounded familiar. I played the Marvin Gaye song for her but did not tell her who it was. As it started she asked if I was playing that Robin Thicke song...lol. What do you think?
