oh man, you got me searching again for my Callas CDs now
If you get a chance listen to all of <span style="font-weight: bold">Madama Butterfly</span>. It is a popular and well-loved opera for a reason. And when you have the right singer - oh man - just sublime.
I could only imagine Maria singing this particular aria live - just before the character kills herself from unrequited love
I would make a deal with God to go back in time to hear Maria sing this live
