- okay I know this is a really really long shot but just in case someone has a clue what I am talking about....

When I was in Jamaica about 5 or 6 years ago, I was hanging out with my cousin at car wash place. A movie was on the TV but I wasnt paying it too much mind because I was reading a book.

but a black chorus started singing, <span style="font-weight: bold">Will the Circle Be Unbroken</span> - this version was WICKED! I was bawling the place down it was so good

<span style="font-weight: bold">anybody know of any Jamaican movie that had this song in it?</span>

yah i hear that, i've loved that tune LONG time; have several versions in the original country/bluegrass style, both old-timey and modern, but nothin like what you're describing here, would LOVE to hear this. plus i'm also way curious now too, bout any movie that would include it. so if y'ever find it, pls to let us know y'hear?

nope havent tried I-tunes but I will give it a shot


I have downloaded a few country/bluegrass versions - incl. Johnny Cash - of the song as well. The gospel choir version was so electric though. Just a different spin on an old time song and I got chills bad listening to it.

If I find it I will definitely post it

God I love the lyrics :balwout: I was in JA that year to tomb my Dad's grave so the lyrics really had meaning to me:
