i think i read somewhere that book 2 and 3 were turned into TV series in Sweden so mi nuh know....mixed info on that one..

dis chick named Rooney Mara...she play in couple D list flicks/tv shows i guess...not feelin her for the part but maybe she'll rock an it'll be here big break. Wish they could've taken the girl that played Lisbeth in the sweden versions

Mara will next be seen in The Social Network, a film by David Fincher about the founding of Facebook. She has also been cast as Lisbeth Salander, the lead in Fincher's The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, the first of three Sony Pictures films based on Stieg Larsson’s Millennium Trilogy book series.

Mara was born and raised in Bedford, New York, a town in Westchester County, a suburb of New York City.[3] She is the daughter of Timothy Christopher Mara, the vice president of player evaluation for the New York Giants, and Kathleen McNulty (née Rooney).[4] She has three siblings: Daniel, Conor and Kate.

Mara is the great-granddaughter of Pittsburgh Steelers founder Art Rooney, Sr. and New York Giants founder Tim Mara.[5] Her grandfather, Wellington Mara, was the longtime co-owner of the Giants, succeeded by her uncle, John Mara. Her grandfather, Tim Rooney, has run Yonkers Raceway in Yonkers, New York since 1972.[6] She is the grand-niece of Daniel Rooney, chairman of the Steelers, the U.S. Ambassador to Ireland, and co-founder of The Ireland Funds charitable organization. The Rooney family trace their Irish ancestry to Co. Down.[7]

I read the 2st 2 earlier in the year and had to wait until June for the 3rd book to be released to Kindle.

It;s one of the best series I have read in a while
Mi still kinda fraid that the ending of the 3rd book will disappoint me - but so far so good </div></div>

Just finished reading the trilogy and mi haffi seh and RIP to Steig Larsson.. Best fiction I have read in a good while!!

Just saw 2 of the movies in the series Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and The Girl Who Played with Fire. Have to say I got more out of the movie because I read the book.

The third movie not out yet (in Netflix's world)

mi a finish lissed Hornets Nest now, and I have to say, mi annoyed wid Stieg fi how himma do Blomquis. A HOW HIM ONE SO HOT!?!?!!!! u can tell the author see himself inna di character and living vicariously. Unless the swedes dem very lose in general and jus willynilly jump from bed to bed.

BTW the actor inna the movie mek mi worse annoyed- here is this thick balding older dude, and yet him able fi a carry on mutually consenting sexromps wid him (marrid) fren of 25 yrs, and she call ahr husband and tell him wen she spending the night w/ her lover THEN a reclusive antisocial bisexual (salli) decide fi seduce HIM, and now inna this one a buffed up tall sexy beauty practically throw harself at him. I mean cmon Stieg. Really?!?!?!

Otha than that the intrigue is nice. harder to lissen to, and connect all the strange names, and Salinger isnt as prominent in this one, but I'm diggin it!
