Lee 'Scratch' Perry did the Peeni Walli album about what??? 15 years - 16 years ago? That was a great collaboration of different sounds. Accordian and other sounds mixed with dub, reggae and jazz. One of my all time favourites still.
And Xavier...isn't the bagpipe more of a Scottish than Irish thing? [although I know the Irish have a version of it]
