yes, di randall book is good. and is a book you can't really rush fi true.

i think we may take a break in March, and then go back to just one book per month. the idea was to have more than one book for discussion to widen participation, cause some ppl may decide to read one and not the other.

Bwai mi still a read Wizzard of the Crow by di Kenyan bredda. (Mi nuh go try fi spell im name off di top of mi head)

And di book thick man. I think I'm only halfway thru! But it exctully gets better and better with each chapter. Unu shoulda read it an nuh fraid of di size.

So once mi done, mi can jine up again on ya.

Yes..this section has been going for a while now and there are sure some really interesting/intellectual converstation flowing in here.

I will see if I can find #1. I think I read #2 already a while back...and didn't care for it much. Perhaps I need to look at that one with new eyes.

The discussions are supposed to start this Wednesday. Of course, I'm just getting into Things Fall Apart right now, but should finish it before Wednesday. I'm waiting for French Women Don't Get Fat from the library. So we'll start with Things Fall Apart.

Bummer im late.. would have loved to read and join in....behind now... so ill wait til the next round... i did this when we first started the book club idea.. but i must have missed that its been going on....

so mtgal.. you said your going to bypass march... or your going to continue ??? let me know..so i can join in..
