Owner Alan Rosen tells the New York Post, "She comes to Junior's because she likes the food, but she doesn't want to pay for it!" On Friday night (02Mar07), she walked out on a $53 (£27) bill, before a member of her entourage came back and offered to pay.

A manager on duty at the time said, "Look, don't pay for it, just don't come back."

The rapper also reportedly failed to pay her $200 (£103) bill on Tuesday (27Feb07), and another bill the week before that (ends23Feb07).

An enraged Rosen says he and his managers have decided to ban her for two reasons, "One, she tries to skip out on cheques and, two, she's not polite."

Manager Hasting Strainrod adds, "First of all, none of the waiters want to serve her because she is known for cursing people out.

"I don't know, I think she needs therapy. She's been coming in for years, and it's always a little drama."

Brown has had a series of brushes with the law and was ordered to take anger-management classes in 2005 for punching two New York City nail salon workers.

She was also arrested in Florida last month (Feb07) for allegedly spitting on and throwing hair glue at a beauty shop owner."

Speaking in court on Tuesday (27Feb07), Wong said, "We wanted to make objections to Icelene being the administrator, and her accounting. She's playing the sorry and sad widow, but the truth is they hadn't had a marital relationship for 12 years."

Wong and McCall submitted their objections in typed form, however Judge Margarita Lopez Torres advised the pair to get a lawyer before making a formal filing, the New York Post reports.

As previously reported by SOHH, Diddy has recently come under investigation by police for allegedly assaulting Gerard Rechnitzer, a real estate agent who claims that Combs flirted with his fiancée and then allegedly punched him in the jaw.

According to TMZ, Rechnitzer filed a lawsuit against Combs in Los Angeles County Superior Court this past Friday (March 2) which detailed the incident, claiming that he was "unlawfully attacked, assaulted and battered" by Combs. Rechnitzer claims in the suit that he was at Teddy's nightclub at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood with his girlfriend after the Academy Awards. He says that as he was leaving, he stopped in the restroom. When he came out, he saw that his girlfriend was speaking with Combs, who was surrounded by his private security detail.

The suit goes on to claim that suddenly, Combs said to the plaintiff, "What the [censored] you looking at dude?'" Combs then allegedly followed up by yelling, "I'll smack flames out of your [censored]!" The suit claims that Combs then attacked Rechnitzer after making those comments.

Rechnitzer's lawyer is alleging that Combs punched his client in the jaw, causing him to fly backwards. The suit claims that "At no time was Plaintiff, who is five feet, seven inches tall with a slim build, ever threat[en the] Defendant...." It goes on to allege that "after attacking the Plaintiff, Defendant Combs intentionally, willfully and knowingly pushed Plaintiff's girlfriend and attempted to spit on another female member of Plaintiff's group."

The lawsuit is seeking an unspecified amount of both compensatory and punitive damages. The LAPD reportedly says that they are investigating the allegations against Combs.

A representative for Combs has reportedly issued a statement saying that, "These claims are completely false and ridiculous. It is pitiful that Mr. Rechnitzer is stooping so low to prey on Mr. Combs celebrity. Mr. Combs will not stand for such ludicrous accusations."

According to Reuters, Iconix, the owner of brands such as Joe Boxer and Candie's, chose to acquire Rocawear to diversify its portfolio of brands and raise its 2007 earnings outlook. The company expects Rocawear to generate about $43 million in royalty revenue in the first 12 months under its fold.

As part of their agreement, Jay-Z (born Sean Carter), will continue to be chief creative officer of Rocawear and will also retain his stake in the operating company. Hov's partners, Alex Bize and Norton Cher, will continue to run the company and enter into a long-term license agreement with Iconix.

Also as part of the deal, Iconix will also enter into a separate joint venture with the Brooklyn bred rapper to establish a new brand management and licensing company to identify brands to be acquired or developed

Michael Jackson's reunion with the Jackson Five could earn him £250 million.

The group - who last regularly performed together 23 years ago - are set to earn a fortune from playing 250 Las Vegas concerts over three years.

A world tour, a best-of album, two new tracks, merchandise and product endorsements have also been discussed.

The band - comprising of Tito, Marlon, Jackie, Michael and Jermaine - are currently in talks with producer Jack Wishna, who was responsible for Celine Dion's shows in Caesar's Palace.

A source told Britain's Daily Mail newspaper: "The rest of the family were offered a deal to reform - for a much smaller payday - and told if they got Michael on board, the figure would skyrocket. The deal being thrashed out now is astronomical."

However, it has not been easy convincing Michael to return to the group. He has reportedly made a series of outlandish demands regarding his Las Vegas move.

The source added: "He has been requesting all sorts of additions, like finding a secure high-walled home for himself and his children in Nevada for the duration of the Las Vegas concerts."

Rumours are also rife a Jackson Five theme park, museum, casino and hotel could be in the pipeline.

The Jackson family's attorney Brian Oxman confirmed the band were in talks, but insisted the figures being discussed were "totally preliminary".

Michael, 49, has estimated debts of "£170 million.

He was acquitted of 10 counts of child molestation in December 2003 and has since lived as a recluse."
