Actually because he is convicted it is proof, but that is not my reason for the bias.
My reason is his unrepentant attitude and the threats directed towards the victims.
The other thing I wish the victim and her attorneys get to give their views at the Parole Hearing.
You shouldn't be able to get clemency if you remain unrepentant.

a guy in n.y. just got released after doing 15 years...he was convicted but it now came out he didn't do it & was freed thru new testimony & dna evidence...
so much for 'proof'
