I don't follow Ziggy either but I thought they had two different styles. Personally I love JG's stuff, can't think of one song by Ziggy.

i have a couple Ziggy cd's and i'd say he falls more under the melodic and easy listening category...whereas Damian is far more edgy and kicks butt. both great...but very different.

'conscious party' i still think was ziggy's best album...

I would have to agree...Ziggy more mainstream and easy listening reggae. Sort of lost some of my respect for him when he started doing Cover girl commercials but hey...I'm sure he was paid nicely for it. Plus, I didn't care at all for his last album. Just wasn't my taste.

Damian-IMHO...more raw...more edgy...more real...less commercial.

Both are talented musicians...just depends on what you like.
