Rapper Busta Rhymes is awaiting arraignment on drunk driving charges.
Police say Rhymes' latest brush with the law happened just before 1 a.m. at the intersection of 51st Street and 11th Avenue in Manhattan.
Rhymes, whose real name is Trevor Smith, was pulled over because of excessive tinting on his car windows. But when he got out of the car, police smelled alcohol.
He has been charged with driving while intoxicated in addition to the excessive tinting.
The arrest is just the latest in a string of run-ins with the law for the rapper.
In January, he was arraigned on two separate assault charges. He was then arrested in February for driving with a suspended license. </div></div>
