On August 20th of this year Chuck Fender was accosted by Davis and a group of men who attempted to kidnap and rob the Reggae artistes and his band members.
Chuck Fender retaliated and the kidnap attempt was aborted by the promoter and his entourage.( ) Fender then reported the case to the Bahamian Police before leaving the island nation.
Trevor Davis was held in custody until his hearing which is set for August 30th, 2007.
