Thanks for the suggestion. I'd love to visit one or two book stores in Canada. Please let me know the names of one or two and I'll give the information to my publishers in the U.S, and the U.K. The U.K. edition comes out toward the end of the year & will be distributed to Jamaica and Australia (maybe also Canada).
Also, if you request the book at your local bookstore, they will order it (or maybe several copies) from the publisher.
