where can one donate books?

Have checked online offline and cant seem to find any..

the school noh want dem

de library dem too stoosh fi tek dem

found one place online dat seh dat they do but dem noh return phone calls nor emails..

I feel that way too. We have a literacy center that teaches people to read and they accept it and I gave some to a woman where the apartment that she lives the building's common area has bookshelves and she took a bunch to put there.

Loops I tried freecycle and got a lukewarm response.. I received a better response with the childrens children books

I like this idea evan.. ICHS may have an issue but if I sent it to a school in St Elizabeth I think they would be more open.

One of the things the kids love to do is go to the bookstore or library.. but when we inna de bookstore it hard to tell dem no to a book and we usually dont

so now the shelves are full and need to weed them out. Instead a toys a fling bout dem bedroom is books

kijiji website, it's like freecycle but dem sell tings too.

I usually take mine to a second hand bookstore and sell them [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif[/img] for credit in the store (get more that way)
