<span style='font-size: 14pt'><span style="color: #660000">Winston, the navigator was approaching full speed in a northeast direction. They were to rendezvous sixty miles north east of the Folly Point Lighthouse at 0900 local time.

‘[censored]!’ Winston shouted, looking on his radar.
‘Them spot us. Only thirty miles out and there is a vessel heading straight far us from southeast. Boys, check yuh guns and get ready for action.’
‘What about the cargo?’ Carl, the least experienced member asked.
‘This is war,’ Philip, another member answered.
‘We can’t dump the goods – too much to lose – not enough time anyway.’
Winston had changed direction and was heading northwest.

The Jamaican Coast Guard was now in view. A siren sounded and a voice through a speaker sounded.
‘This is the Jamaican Coast Guard. Cut your engine and stand where we can see you.’
Winston ignored the order and stepped on it. A second order sounded, then the Coast Guard gave chase. The smaller boat of the Coast Guard picked up speed quickly and was pulling closer to the yacht.
‘Bye, Bye,’ shouted Winston, as the superior size of his two inboard engines kicked in and pulled away.

The Coast Guard opened fire. Tuning into their wavelength, Winston heard the captain of the vessel behind radioing for support. Winston ordered his men to return fire. Four members of the gang returned fire with their AK47 rifles while Baz, the artillery specialist reached for his bazooka, propped it on its bipod, loaded a rocket and fired. A second rocket exploded next to the boat disabling the engines.</span></span>
