Is God for real or God only exists in the mind of man? What I understood about the mind of man is if it doesn't have a solid explanation a theory is automatically manufacture in mind based on what it physically saw.

As child growing up, I usually believe in santa Claus coming to give me a gife. When I grew older, I realized it is nothing but a bunch of rubbish.

In ancient days, the mind of man thought the earth was flat. Later, ancient explorer of the sea realize they were ending up at same spot again.


Does God exists or it's just a theory to make people have hope that they will live again.

Except for those aboard a 'winged' craft...there is absolutely NO 'man in the sky'. BUT...'he' sure has made some special interest organizations a whole heap of money. [much of it raised off the blood of the dead.]

Is there a centre of the universe? Yes. Is there a power and a might? Yes. Are we all being drawn in that direction? Depends on how much weight you can add to your soul.

God does answer prayer (give a gift) but you must first understand the Laws of God.
No its not a bunch of rubbish...........its in most cases just plain old common sense.

I tend to think that THIS is the most likely scenario possible. Other than that...there ain't much else...except just plain dead.

There's an old adage which says..."the Lord helps those who help themselves." That might be the best religion-based guess yet. In other words...it's up to us...you and I...the individual to create the energy [possitive energy hopefully] which will propel us further into the long treck toward a meaningful eternity.

To make up 'rules' regarding tickets to heaven...or to adopt those written by ANY human no matter who/no matter when...is to accept crutches, alibies, and a false sense of hope based on bought and paid for 'chats' with some artificial deity and administered by a middle man who's rakin' in the dough.

God is a human invention.

Humans are so easily duped. Good old Peter [Winston] [McIn] Tosh said it all.

If 45% of the world's population has been taught...from the first signs of cognisense...that they really don't 'have' to expire...that there's a better life just sitting there waiting for you after paying your HARD dues here and then subsequently cashing in your last breath in order to purchase that ticket to the promised 'land'...then why don't people want to die? Why are so many SO very torn apart at the thought of someone passing away?

Because deep down inside many of those 3.5 billion people aren't so naive and stupid after all.

And why was it necessary to invent Jesus as the 'son of god'? Was the former god not good enough, strong enough, capable enough, believable enough, convincing enough to get 'er done? Or did another group of 'money/power hungry dreamers' see that there was money enough in 'it' that they too could pull off their style/version of the con' on all humanity not yet represented at the 'golden gates'?

So now...suddenly in just these past 2014 years it's 100% necessary to accept this Jesus guy as your personal lord and savior or you're totally and completely out of luck? So anyone who died previous to 'dec. 25/00' was spit out of paradise?

There's an old Jamaican expression..."Walk good." That's about ALL anyone can do that'll matter even one iota because if we "never truly die" that's the only thing that's going to help in the long run.

You are free to 'believe' anything you want to believe. I too am free...to know what I know.

religion is an attempt to understand & codify the powers...
the failure of religion does not necessarily mean there are no greater powers...
i usually try to avoid the term "god" as it is highly subjective due to its popular usage in the english language...there are many different views on who or what is "god"...too general a term used to label too broad an idea

According to the 'word'...'god' created 'man'. The 'good book/version 1...you know...prior to the 'invention' of Jesus [son of god version] and the opportunity for others other than the 'chosen people' to obtain a lease somewhere in heaven' suggests that it took 'god' 6 days before it was deemed fit to tinker with the idea of 'man'. 6 days? Darwin would beg to differ but that's a whole different ballgame. Still...we have agreed that man invented god. So then...who created man? Which came first the egg? So who's the chicken? And what of the rooster? Plus... who diagrammed the how-to sex lessons?

We know that men [and women] have invented all kinds of things including cars. But Henry Ford didn't drive a car to work on the morning of the day he first invented an automobile. He didn't even drive one to work 6 days later.

No. 'god' was invented by men...men afraid of anything and everything. Hence all of the 'gods' down through the ages. One by one these gods were explained logically and scientifically and shortly thereafter ceased to hold any sway. This invented 'god'...the one we're discussing here will hang in there until mankind, at long last, finally "helps itself" and discovers how 'it' [the creation of earth and beyond] really all came together. You and I won't be living HERE when that finally happens. And even after it does it'll take 2 or 3 generations to finally flush all of this religious 'blarney' down the old flushola [which men also invented]. But one day the Holly Bibble and all RE-LIE-jun[k] will be laid to it's final resting place as the human race comes to grips with the fact that we've been divided and conquered long enough. And always...only for money and power.

If the 'god' which supposedly exists HAD created 'man' there'd have been a re-call a long, Long, LONG, L O N G time ago. There wasn't because we created...and get THIS...'him'. Him?!!!???!!!? That's the 'best' we could do? Good gawd we suck!!!

God is a crutch for the weak minded and religion is nothing more than a con game used to prey on those who belive.

For many, believing in magic is easier than admiting that we are tiny insignificent creatures who do not know and will never know the origins of the universe.
