So called Christian

I noticed a lot of people referred to themselves as christian. These people supposed to be followers of
christ. They all following something totally different.
I was doing some searching, and I can't find anywhere in new testament where Jesus called any of his disciples Christian or anyone for that matter.

Neither is Jesus a Christian but a Nazarene/Karaite* (similar but not the same as a Nazarite) whose followers were called Ebionites - the Poor Ones or as Rasta refer to Iself.......Sufferah

I thought every Sunday School child new this. I have asked this before and I will ask it again. What did they teach onoo in BK class and at Sunday School in Jamaica. From the types of questions that get posted on here...clearly not much.

if they refer to themselves as christians they are christians.... just like as if i describe myself as an atheist it makes me as an atheist...or a Buddhist self reference makes that person a Buddhist...only the self delusion of the self righteous makes themselves the sole aribrator of others belief and is a nonsense...

It depends on how you define savior....he did bring a message of liberation ( from Pharisaical Laws) and heal some of the sick in so doing he could be so considered a savior. In other words His was a Spiritual and or Mental mission - eg: free your mind (spirit) and your *** (physical body) will follow.

I believe Luke wrote Acts and in some parts, he was relating things Peter said and or did, so in fact Jesus did not use the words Christians to describe his followers.

So you still didn't show anything where Jesus say that. Every thing that Jesus say is written in red ink.
