Well, Mutty, I watched the video and it is beautiful, simple, and well-done. I truthfully respect the conclusion the video-maker made particularly when one reads the bible without understanding metaphors, allegory, and certain cultural perspectives.

The video aims to counter a simplistic and popular view of Christianity. In all honesty, this view of Christianity is likely from Christian sources who interpret the bible without understanding metaphors, allergory, and certain cultural perspectives.

I understand, but what if you are an idiot and not educated about such things? How do THEY understand the Bible?

I'm sure you'll agree with me that intelligence and even understanding are not equal to education, right? At least I hope so.

I suppose that one decides to accept or not accept what is in the Bible. One also can decide whether or not to accept how others have interpreted the metaphors, etc. in the Bible.

Well the video was dead on in the simplest terms to me. Then again, Christianity has about eleventy billion interpretations on various passages so who knows what the heck is going on.

In short, however, the story I have heard is that some deity created two humans who were told not to eat some fruit. A talking snake came and told one of them otherwise and they convinced the other one to help them eat it. As a result of their disobedience, every one since that time has been born behind the 8-ball (a curse) but since this deity loved us so much, he decided to send his only son to be slaughtered in our place to appease his anger toward us. Sounds rather mythical and sadistic, but that's what millions have been hearing over the centuries.

The God and Jesus the guy spoke of are that of the white demon race and their ethnic puppets. All people who have become spiritually and psychologically liberated of the whites brainwashing knows not to believe that. Whites have distorted every thing. They says blacks have no history. Come on now.. why would we believe every thing in a book they copied and recopied?
