Christians are being persecuted and prosecuted in ISRAEL...as we speak...ask ABIE whey dem blow hup 'im 'ouse earlier dis year, because they [his family] bring the Gospel to the people..

They almost killed him, but thanks to Jehovah God, he survived, including regaining 20/20 vision in his affected eye, an eye that doctor thought would never see again.

I think too there is actually a different understanding of persecution.

They will persecute you for my name's sake.

What most Christians seem to forget, is their faith is supposed to open their eyes and make them uncomfortable. Fact is, if you actually follow his teachings, you can not be accepted by the norm, as you will be spiritually radicalized to demolish the duality which culture and society necessarily impose and perpetuate.

yep...in other words, most of these Christian churches are actually practicing false religion...in the name of Jesus.

It's kind of interesting.

We have an ascetic, renunciate, dropping bombs of wisdom which are counterintuitive to a wealth driven society...it's not really much of a wonder that as the teachings became institutionalized, the message was shifted.
