If it weren't for the fact that this was sung by BeBe and CeCe Winans, bother-sister gospel duo, I would say this was quite a secular love song. I could certainly slow-dance with my SO to this I wonder if this is a &quot;crossover&quot; song and their intent was to sell their music in both the R&amp;B and Gospel markets?

honestly i thought it was an r&amp;b song the first time i heard it
then the second time i heard it i learned BeBe and CeCe sang the song. so i looked up the lyrics and listened to it again and thats when i fell in love with the song

i do think its a &quot;crossover&quot; song because hearing it one time will make u think about your SO and not realize its gospel if u dont know who sings it and what its really about

Ironically I was talking to someone about this very thing last night after watching a Martin episode with both of them in it. I was telling the person that back in my Christian days, there was always controversy about listening to them because their music was always rather vague when it came to being TRUE Gospel songs.

Of course it is all assness to me now.
