Stairway to Heaven

just learned that one of my cousin's in Jamaica is in a coma and will more than likely die fairly soon. His sister is devastated and is not coping well for an assortment of reasons.

I am close to her so it is really had for me to take her sadness. She isnt one to "crack" but that is what happening now

I know a couple of other boardites have lost people over this holiday season or have loved ones that are very ill. I dont want to name them since they told me in private.

However, I hope others regardless of belief, will send prayers or good wishes to those out there who have lost loved ones this season.

thanks everyone

just learned that his girlfriend was driving him to the hospital because he is diabetic and was having some trouble. As they were driving, she tried to avoid an accident in front of her and hit a pole.

she broke her collar bone and arm.
my cousin suffered major head trauma and was airlifted to Kingston
he is in a coma and is not expected to live. If he does he will be a vegetable so they are contemplating pulling him off support which is why my cousin (his sister) is just in pieces.

ppl need to wear seat belts. I know what it is like to hit a windshield from not wearing a seatbelt so I am the biggest advocate for them. Nothing cool about not wearing one and dying.
