That would make them too powerful. They would have too much influence over the local masses.
The financiers and directors of the political class would not allow that to happen.
In other words, they would be destroyed, using the police as the tool of destruction.
You see in Jamaica they don't want a peaceful country if it means that they will lose control of the economy.
They also don't want a string economy if they don't have control of it.
otherwise Jamaica would be a peaceful and crime free place.
And it would be a prosperous place too.
If it was not for the object of keeping jamaia' economy undr the control of that organized group, it would not be as destroyed as it is.
