Thank you so much for what you posted.
I just watched and listened to both Hitchens' videos and he was just spot on. He was his marvelously logical and snide self. I can't recall a thing he said that I could disagree with except that he's preaching to the choir. I do not believe that believers make up much of his audience.

Those who believe in the literal Bible will find it difficult to view these videos through to the end and not come away with a lot to think about.

Would anyone of faith care to critique what Hitchens had to say?

dahJah... you know how right at the start of the video he is talking about the piece of sculpture by Leonardo? ... well there are no sculpture works by Leonardo. http://www.art-start.net/artistpages/ldv.asp There is a horse but it was cast in 1999.

The image (and metaphor) of the &quot;Good Shepard&quot; goes way back, and is in many early Christian paintings. This one is from the catacombs in Rome.
