Do AND/OR should "bad" people have recourse to justice like everyone else?

This whole business with the chambermaid and DSK has me pondering the question. Let me know your thoughts and POVs please then I'll share mine.

i feel u on this...i have a problem wid agape...love my neighbour as myself...but then i have to work on curtailing my tongue as the Bible says...so with that in mind, i have to reserve judgement of 'bad' people for God...after all, on the cross the thief asked for His mercy and it was granted

in my opinion there's no point in waiting for God to mete out justice.

since there's a good chance in that case no justice will be found, whenever and wherever possible, justice should be sought.

justice is shown with her eyes covered for a few reasons, and I can't think of too many cases where I wouldn't want to see it come to bear, if the person seeking it is evilous and 'deserves' their own...
