Seems that we are running low on believers on Ja.com - seems that its very hard to get even simple conversations going about the faith business or the business of faith depending on your point of view.
Let me put another one on the board. How much of a church budget do you think is reasonable to put towards the Pastor's salary? Should it be a percentage of the offering? A fixed amount? Should it be his or her entire source of income, or should the pastor have another job as well?
