Do any of you ever see the show called The Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan http://www.cesarmillaninc.com/ ?

To my way of looking at things, he really has his head on straight. You won't see him hitting or yelling to achieve the amazing results he gets.

for some reason when i'm channel surfing i usually come across "It's me or the Dog"

Cesar glows with respect for everyone he deals with, <span style="font-style: italic">and the dogs</span>.

The way he respects the people who are having problems is always eye-opening to me. He, Cesar, is under control and never angry, or upset or confused. The minute he walks in the door, he is demonstrating his deep understanding of how to behave with other living beings.

The Stillwell woman is very good also. I have seen her take on some tough cases. I haven't seen much of her but I noticed on Friday nights on National Geographic first it's Me Or the Dog, then Dog Whisperer!

i find that all the other dog training shows nah make it any more.

There is a Canadian version-ish called at the end of my leash. The dude is great with the dogs but he is certainly not a people person. Mi shame fi di dog owners more time when mi watch him. But he is local to my city so I watch because sometime him have people mi know pan di show

Those gay guys with their little dogs awesome. What Cesar taught them was the difference between being aggressive and discipline.

Wow did you see that woman bust into tears, when he was talking about trust?

Cesar Millan is constantly saying clear aphorisms about how to live well... &quot;Be in the moment... enjoy.&quot; &quot;Stay in a calm assertive state.&quot;

And with the motorcycle rider with his dog with a bad leg... it was cool... there was no mention of the dog at all, it was all about the owner who loved his dog so much he would carry the dog home after he exhausted it's doggy self by pulling so hard.

I saw the woman get so happy and cry. That was a tough case. it reminded me of a feral great dane/lab mix I rescued back in the early 1970's. The badmitton bat way of getting near the vicious dog was pretty cool. I wish Cesar had been around back when I had that dog. The dog was so huge &amp; powerful and terrified of people and I never did get close to it. I didn't have the skills or knowledge but I did try and I still remember the feeling of failure. The dog finally got into a porcupine and the end of that saga came when because we couldn't catch him to help him, he had to be put down.

The two gay guys were a trip, I missed parts of that and the motorcycle dog episode when I was on the phone with my mother. Hopefully I'll catch it on a re-run!
