Oh my god how awful. I sure hope they can get the dogs back! That's such a low blow but dog thieves are everywhere and have been as long as I can remember. Twice I have had people try to steal my Dobermans even! I carry my Doberman with my Standard Poodle so nobody steals her!
Sometimes dog thieves will do this for ransom. If that is the case here, hopefully she will get them back.
