The woman who found him (had him for 2 1/2 weeks) checked around on line and at animal control. She found nothing to indicate any one looking for him. They said he was pretty matted up / looked like he had been out there a while..
The owner (the wife) said she was going to Walmart to buy a plastic crate this week end.
I had suggested they leash him to Johns's chair.
Obedience would be great. i just don't know if the wife would have time.
