my late boycat and his sister girlcat, both tabbies, loved trees. girlcat used to climb the tree, find her way onto the roof then bawl fi rescue. i did it a couple times then said forget it, caw mi call and call har and all she do is bawl and look pan mi. sure enuf, when i left her to find her own way down, she usually did.
long story short, i don't think u need to call no fire department if u cat get stuck up in a tree. she would very likely find her own way down if left to her own resources.

MGee she can't be outdoors right now off leash as she is not yet fixed. Also I am paranoid that she will run away and not come back
will see how things go next year when spring/summer comes around.
