I have a small enclosed backyard that Boomer loves. Boomer is a lab-border collie mix and weighs about 80 pounds. He loves cool weather and I like him out of the house as much as possible. I am in the market for a dog house for him. My budget is $150 and the dog house must be easy to set up.

One idea, what about your contractor? your carpenter? He could design you a nice house that would blend in with your yard. Something with up off the ground sleeping area some kind of additional doorway protection from the wind in nasty weather.

Good idea. But I am looking for an immediate solution Maybe something temporary now then something more permanent
