Pour it on and let it go to work!

If you have it in your kettle, pour some in and put it on to boil on low heat.

It works!!

I got some microfiber cleaning cloths at Walgreens and now use them to clean my windows, mirrors, computer screen, etc. I just wet one of the smaller cloths with water, clean the glass, then dry with one of the larger cloths. This is the best product to clean glass that I have ever used. No cleaning products to buy other than the cloths (i.e., no liquids involved other than water), and there are no streaks left on the glass. The cleaning also goes much faster.

I also use the cloths on other surfaces along with cleaning products, and they do an excellent job.
